Historic Page Building at 123 N 4th St was constructed in 1899 after a Great Fire destroyed most of the business district. Owners Jason & Jenny Chamberlain operate a Massage Therapy business and Mountain High Antiques on the first floor. On the second floor they recently opened a vacation rental / air b&b. Check their website at https://www.page1chapter1.com/

This historic home at 515 S 3rd St was saved from the ravages of time by several recent owners and numerous restoration projects. It is being generously shared on the tour by the current owners, Jessica Hayes & Dan Ballard.

The home at 325 S 4th St was built about 1900 with brick construction on the original first floor. Marvin & Olivia Bielz acquired the property in 1969. They added the sun room and deck on the south side in 1989. Their daughters, Connie Dodrill and Annette Procter, continue to preserve and meticulously maintain the property.

The historic building at 102 S 4th St now hosts the Twin Flame Galley which showcases the finest emerging and established artists in the area. Artwork donated to the Victor Heritage Society is also exhibited for public viewing. Another very special exhibit is an amazing diorama constructed to scale by Tim Penland. It depicts the historic buildings and streetscapes of Victor at the turn of the century when the city was rapidly rebuilt after the devastating Great Fire of August 21, 1899. This photo shows the building at a time when it was still being remodeled and restored to transition from Gallery 80860. Attend the tour to discover what else has happened to date. Check out the website at TwinFlameGallery.com.

This recently restored property at 531 S 3rd St is a log cabin that was abandoned in 1922 and rescued recently from ruins by owners Richard and Marilyn Fay. The logs were so badly deteriorated on the outside that they were covered with shingle siding. Inside you can still see the re-chinked and beautifully preserved surface of the original logs throughout the cabin.
Property Owners & Docents at each location will tell you about the historic homes & buildings.

START EARLY.  If driving, allow at least an hour to visit all the tour sites; if walking, allow at least an hour and a half.

Many people prefer to allow a couple hours to enjoy a more leisurely pace and opportunities for visiting along the way.

Tour hours are from 11 am to 3 pm.  Last tickets are sold at 2 pm.

Come for the weekend to enjoy all the Gold Rush Days Activities.
